I ordered from Krew District and the packaging was average. The box showed up a little dented and there wasn’t much padding inside, which was kind of annoying. The item itself was fine, thankfully, but it arrived at the worst possible time when I really didn’t want to deal with checking everything for damage. Not a horrible experience, just expected it to be packed better.

The shipping was kind of slow and it took longer than I thought it would. It’s not even about needing it right away, I just wish the timing had been a little clearer upfront.

I ordered a custom piece, and from what I remember seeing in the preview, the final design was really spot on. The colors looked right, the little details were all there, and I didn’t notice any weird changes. i’m happy with how it turned out.

I ordered a couple things from krewdistrict.com, and the quality was decent, but the sizing threw me off a bit. One tee fit pretty much how I expected, while the other felt tighter than my usual size normally does.

I’ve worn this a few times now and the material is really soft, not scratchy or annoying at all. It still feels nice after a few wears, which is always a good sign. Weirdly, I remember I was wearing it while eating cereal at like 10 p.m., and I kept thinking how comfy it was. Happy with it overall

I was a little surprised they had the stuff I was looking for when a few other places didn’t. I can’t say if they’re always stocked like that, but at least for my order, the sizes I needed were available, which made things way easier. Ordering was simple and I didn’t run into any problems, so overall it was a smooth experience.

Based on this one experience, I’d say their support is good overall, just maybe not the fastest right away. I’m giving 4 stars because the help itself was solid, but the first response could’ve been quicker.
